It's always really special to me when I get to take photos of people that I know. It reminds me of how meaningful photographs of people you love are, especially when they show something true about those people. Emily is one of my wife's best childhood friends, and I was so honored to travel to Yakima Washington to photograph her and Jake's beautiful wedding at a blueberry farm and Apple Orchard. The day was beautiful, and the love that Jake and Emily have for one another is so apparent and obvious. It was a really special gathering of people, complete with on site apple juice making (which the little kids loved) and an array of beautiful decorations. It was awesome, and here's the photos.
